在軟件界面，我可以清晰的看到要調(diào)試或讀取的條碼，并不像Datalogic那樣只是簡(jiǎn)單的顯示一個(gè)框框；其二，軟件里面有個(gè)PPM值，這讓調(diào)試者可根據(jù)PPM值快速調(diào)節(jié)鏡頭的最佳位置和光圈；其三，DataMan讀碼器可開(kāi)啟激光對(duì)位模式，讓調(diào)試工程師快速的找到要讀取調(diào)試的條碼；其四，也是我最喜歡的就是液態(tài)鏡頭，使用通過(guò)軟件命令即可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)對(duì)焦功能，同時(shí)該鏡頭還提供非常大的景深和視場(chǎng)；”昆山仁寶公司的技術(shù)工程師講述了使用DataMan讀碼器的心得，“另外，在軟件設(shè)置面板可進(jìn)行不同環(huán)境讀取參數(shù)的設(shè)定等，非常方便不同環(huán)境下條碼的讀取，這是軟件設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)獨(dú)特點(diǎn)，為我們解決了兩個(gè)環(huán)境差別很大的讀碼問(wèn)題?！?

條碼/二維碼讀取設(shè)備是工業(yè)自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域的核心裝備之一，是實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)4.0理念與工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。采用基于圖像的DataMan ID 讀碼器后，昆山仁寶公司可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)每個(gè)NB組件的使用管控和記錄，以及NB組裝、包裝再到出貨整個(gè)流程的全面跟蹤。在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，甚至有些工站都是無(wú)人站，完全實(shí)現(xiàn)了全自動(dòng)讀碼操作。其中，將批量組件使用狀態(tài)上傳MES發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用。

DataMan ID 讀碼器的成功應(yīng)用，解決了昆山仁寶公司的產(chǎn)品讀碼難題，深度優(yōu)化了生產(chǎn)檢測(cè)流程，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。不但降低了生產(chǎn)成本，節(jié)約了大量的人力和資金，而且有力推動(dòng)了公司實(shí)施“工業(yè)4.0”戰(zhàn)略的步伐。
