火炬"牌蓄電池是淄博火炬能源有限公司(原淄博蓄電池廠)生產(chǎn)的鉛酸蓄電池，其設計結(jié)構(gòu)合理，技術(shù)含量高，質(zhì)量性能穩(wěn)定。1998年，"火炬"牌商標被認定為"山東省著名商標";2000年，"火炬"牌鉛酸蓄電池被評為"山東名牌產(chǎn)品"。1997年公司通過了ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認證，2003年公司通過職業(yè)安全健康管理體系和環(huán)境管理體系認證，2005年取得了首批鉛酸蓄電池產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可證并通過了"泰爾"產(chǎn)品認證。

淄博火炬能源有限責任公司(原淄博蓄電池廠)成立于1944年1月，是我國最早研制和生產(chǎn)鉛酸蓄電池的廠家之一，是國內(nèi)牽引用鉛酸蓄電池行業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)，現(xiàn)為中國船舶重工集團公司成員單位。公司位于山東省淄博市中心城區(qū)張店區(qū)，現(xiàn)設有五個專業(yè)公司、三個控股子公司和一個蓄電池產(chǎn)品性能檢測中心(全國總共2個蓄電池產(chǎn)品性能檢測中心)。公司主要從事牽引用、固定用和起動用鉛酸蓄電池產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)設計與生產(chǎn)，現(xiàn)具備年生產(chǎn)100萬kVAh各類鉛酸蓄電池的能力。同時，公司還從事蓄電池設備、工裝模具、蓄電池用充電機、隔板、塑料槽及零件等產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)設計與生產(chǎn)。

淄博火炬能源有限責任公司(原淄博蓄電池廠)設有省級企業(yè)技術(shù)中心，積累了50余年的鉛酸蓄電池及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品研究開發(fā)、設計和試制的經(jīng)驗，具有從事鉛酸蓄電池及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品研究開發(fā)、設計和試制的技術(shù)能力，先后開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的13個系列、23個規(guī)格的鉛酸蓄電池填補了國內(nèi)空白，多次榮獲國家和部級優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品獎。特別是牽引系列鉛酸蓄電池一直處于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平，其中，符合DIN標準的PzS系列和BS標準的DB系列電池，大量配套進口電動叉車并出口世界多個國家。

"火炬"牌牽引系列鉛酸蓄電池，原材料選用豫光金鉛1號精鉛，生產(chǎn)設備為德國HADI壓鑄機、日本湯淺鑄板機、意大利SOVEMA鉛粉機和涂板機等專用設備。牽引用鉛酸電池正極板為管狀，外殼采購自美國哈丁公司，隔板為PE隔板。經(jīng)市場多年考驗，得到了廣大客戶的認可。公司產(chǎn)品已廣泛配套于國內(nèi)主流叉車生產(chǎn)廠家(合力，杭叉，臺勵福，龍工，現(xiàn)代，開普等)，并為眾多進口電動叉車配套。出口方面，公司已與數(shù)十個國家的代理商建立了良好的合作關(guān)系。

The "Torch" brand battery is a lead-acid battery produced by Zibo Torch Energy Co., Ltd. (Zibo Battery Factory). Its design structure is reasonable, its technical content is high, and its quality is stable. In 1998, the "Torch" brand was recognized as a "famous trademark of Shandong Province"; in 2000, the "Torch" brand lead-acid batteries were rated as "famous brand products of Shandong Province". In 1997, the company passed the ISO 9001 quality system certification, in 2003, the company passed the certification of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system. In 2005, the company obtained the first batch of lead-acid battery production licenses and passed the "Taylor" product certification.

Zibo Torch Energy Co., Ltd. (ber Zibo Battery Factory) was established in January 1944. It is one of the earliest manufacturers in China to develop and produce lead-acid batteries. It is a leading enterprise in the trb lead-acid battery industry in China and is now a member of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group. The company is located in Zhangdian District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, and now has five professional companies, three holding subsidiaries and a battery product perbance testing center (a total of two battery product perbance testing centers in China). The company is mainly engaged in the development, design and production of trb, fixed and start-up lead-acid batteries. Now it has the ability to produce 1 million kVAh lead-acid batteries annually. At the same time, the company is also engaged in the development, design and production of battery equipment, tooling molds, battery chargers, partitions, plastic tanks and parts.

Zibo Torch Energy Co., Ltd. (ber Zibo Battery Factory) has a provincial enterprise technology center. It has accumulated more than 50 years'experience in research, development, design and trial-manufacture of lead-acid batteries and related products. It has the technical ability to engage in research, development, design and trial-manufacture of lead-acid batteries and related products. Thirteen series and 23 specifications of lead-acid batteries have been developed and manufactured successively. Domestic blank, many times won national and ministerial awards for quality products. The production equipments are German HADI die-casting machine, Japanese Tangshao slab casting machine, Italian SOVEMA lead powder machine and slab coating machine. The positive plate of lead-acid battery for trb is tubular. The shell is purchased from Harding Company, USA. The partition is PE partition. After years of market testing, has been recognized by the majority of customers. The company's products have been widely matched with the mainstream forklift manufacturers in China (Heli, Hangzhou Forklift, Tailifu, Longgong, Hyundai, Cape, etc.) and many imported electric forklift trucks. On the export side, the company has established good cooperative relations with agents from dozens of countries.
