一、產品用途Products application

額定電壓1kV及以下架空絕緣電纜適用于額定電壓0.6/1KV及以下架空電力線路中，可作為固定敷設用或引戶線。

額定電壓10kV及以下架空絕緣電纜適用于架空輸電線路輸送電能，電網(wǎng)建設與改造10kV輸電工程線路優(yōu)先選用，軟銅線芯產品適用于變壓器引下線等。

額定電壓10kV及以下鋼芯鋁絞線線芯架空絕緣電纜適用于交流額定電壓10kV及以下的架空配電線路。

Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to and 1kV, This product is applicable to the aerial power distribution lines of rated voltage 0.6/1KV and below as the fixed laying lines or service wire.

Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV ,This product is a new type used for electricity supply on aerial power transmission lines, which has been preferentially selected as the 10kV engineering transmission line for the construction and transbation of grid system. This series of product is appropriate for maintained and security of lines and the product with annealed copper core is applicable to the down lead of transber.

Stranded aluminium conductor steel-reinforced cores aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to 10 kV ,This product is applicable to the aerial power distribution lines of A.C. voltage up to 10kV.

三、使用特性Operating characteristics

1、 電纜導體的長期允許工作溫度：

聚氯乙烯（PVC）絕緣及聚乙烯（PE）絕緣應不超過70℃；

交聯(lián)聚乙烯（XLPE）絕緣應不超過90℃。

高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）絕緣應不超過75℃。

Max. permissible continuous temperature:
PVC、PE insulated aerial cables:70℃
XLPE insulated aerial cables:90℃

HDPE insulated aerial cables:75℃

2、 短路時（最長持續(xù)時間不超過5秒）電纜導體的最高溫度應不超過：
 聚氯乙烯絕緣架空電纜：160℃;
 聚乙烯絕緣架空電纜：130℃；
 交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣架空電纜：250℃。

高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）絕緣應不超過150℃。
 Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed:
 PVC insulated aerial cables: 160℃;
 PE insulated aerial cables: 130℃;
 XLPE insulated aerial cables: 250℃.

HDPE insulated aerial cables:150℃

3、 敷設環(huán)境溫度

電纜敷設時的環(huán)境溫度應不低于-20。

Installation ambient temperature

The installation ambient temperature should not below -20℃。

4、 電纜的允許彎曲半徑

（1）額定電壓0.6/1KV電纜：

電纜外徑小于25mm者，應不小于4D；

電纜的外徑D為25mm及以上者，應不小于6D。

（2）額定電壓U(Um)為10(12)kV電纜：

單芯電纜應不小于20(D+d)；

多芯電纜應不小于15(D+d)；

其中：D——電纜的實際外徑(mm)；d——電纜導體的實際外徑(mm)。

The permissible bending radius of cable (wire):

（1）The cable of which the rated voltage is 0.6/1kV：

If the external diameter of cable (D) is less than 25mm, it must be more than four times of D

If the external diameter of cable is 25mm and above, it must be more than six times of D.

（2）If the rated voltage U (Um) of the cable is 10（12）kV：

For single core cables, it must be more than twenty times of D plus d.

For multiple cores cables, it must be more than fifteen times of D plus d.

Notes: D— practical external diameter of the cable (mm);

d— practical external diameter of the cable conductor (mm).

5、 系統(tǒng)額定電壓System rated voltage

額定電壓為0.6/1kV，電纜使用于交流系統(tǒng)時，電纜的額定電壓至少應等于該系統(tǒng)的額定電壓。當使用于直流系統(tǒng)時，該系統(tǒng)的額定電壓應不大于電纜額定電壓的1.5倍。當系統(tǒng)的工作電壓應不大于系統(tǒng)額定電壓的1.1倍。

額定電壓為10kV架空絕緣電纜可用于單相接地故障時間,每一次一般不大于1min的系統(tǒng)。也可用于最長每次不超過8h。每年累計不超過125h的系統(tǒng)。

When the cables use in alternating current system with rated voltage 0.6/1.0kV, rated voltage of cables should be at least equal the rated voltage of the system; When the cables use in direct current system, rated voltage should be not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables. The system working voltage should be not greater than 1.1 of system rated voltage.

The aerial insulated cables rated voltage 10kV can be applicable to the system whose single-phase earth fault will be less than 1min/time. And the cable can be also used in the system whose maximum single-phase earth fault will less than 8h/time and total earth-fault time of 1 year won't be above 125 hours.

6、 電纜運輸和保管要求

電纜盤不允許平放。

運輸中嚴禁從高處扔下裝有電纜的電纜盤，嚴禁機械損傷電纜。

電纜如果需要分段使用，電纜分段后必須用防水封帽將電纜頭密封，防止進水。

The requirements on transportation and storage:

The cable reels shall not be delivered and stored in flat state.

It is strictly forbidden to push the cable reel from the high level in order to prevent the cable from damages

If the cable should be used section ally, the head of the cable must be sealed in order to prevent water intake.

六、產品結構 Product structure

1、導體 Conductor

導體應采用緊壓圓形絞合的銅、鋁或鋁合金導線。鋼芯鋁絞線線芯的鋼芯則采用鍍鋅鋼絲絞合而成。變壓器引下線用的額定電壓10kV架空絕緣電纜導體應采用TR型軟銅圓線。

The materials of conductor shall be the twisted tightened cylinder copper, alumium or alumium alloy wires. The steel core shall be stranded galvanizing steel wires.

The aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV, conductor which is used as drop wire of transber shall be TR soft copper round wire.

 2、導體屏蔽

 額定電壓為10kV架空絕緣電纜，除輕型薄絕緣結構外均應有導體屏蔽，導體屏蔽應為擠包的可交聯(lián)的半導電屏蔽材料組成，以消除導體和絕緣間的電場集中。

額定電壓為1kV架空絕緣電纜無內外屏蔽結構

Aerial insulation cables of rated voltages 10kV, besides light and thin insulated cable, shall have conductor screen which are extruded on cross-bed semi-conductor screen materials.

Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages 1 kV have no inner and outer screen.

3、絕緣

額定電壓為10kV的架空絕緣電纜，絕緣應采用交聯(lián)聚乙烯（XLPE）或高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）混合料，無半導電屏蔽層結構的架空電纜絕緣料應采用黑色耐候料。絕緣應緊密地擠包在導體或導體屏蔽上。

額定電壓為0.6/1kV的架空絕緣電纜，絕緣采用耐候的聚氯乙烯（PVC）、聚乙烯（PE）、交聯(lián)聚乙烯（XLPE）為基的黑色混合料均勻擠包在導體上。

Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV, The insulation materials shall be the mixtures of XLPE or HDPE. The insulation materials of cables without semi-conductor screen shall be black weather-resistant materials. The insulation layer shall be extruded tighten on the conductors or conductor screens.

 Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages 1kV， The insulation is the black mixtures whose main components are the extruding PVC, PE, XLPE on the cable cores.

4、絕緣屏蔽

額定電壓為10kV的架空絕緣電纜，3芯絞合成纜的絕緣線芯，應有擠包的半導電絕緣屏蔽層，采用可剝離半導電屏蔽料。

Aerial insulated cables with rated voltages of 10 kV ,The insulation cores of 3-cores stranded cable shall have the extruded semi-conductor screen layer which shall be unstrippable semi-conductor screen materials.

3、成品電纜的標志cable marks

成品電纜的外護套表面印有廠名、型號、額定電壓、芯數(shù)、標稱截面和米數(shù)的連續(xù)標志。

The outer sheath of the cable shall have the following inbation printed at regular intervals throughout the length of the cable: Manufacturer's Name, Type of cable, Rated Voltage, the numbers of cores, Sectional Area and Meters Number of Continuous Marks.
