1. Overview

This machine is suitable for wire harness processing enterprises to heat shrink heat shrink tubes with a length of ≤ 1000mm. The walking stroke and speed of the heater can be adjusted according to the production process requirements. Can work continuously for 24 hours without interruption.

This machine uses infrared light tubes as the heat source, with two heating tubes for each of the upper and lower heaters. The height of the upper heater is adjustable and can be flipped up to open.

The heater is installed on two guide rails, and when heating the product, it is driven by a motor reducer to move at a constant speed. After heating is completed, the heater needs to be manually pulled back to its original b.

When in use, first press the "walking start/stop button", and the motor reducer will start running. At this time, the electromagnetic clutch that controls the walking of the heater is in a disengaged state, and the heater does not work or stop working.

Operate with both hands and press the two "heating start/stop buttons" at the same time. The infrared light tube will light up, and the heater will start working. At the same time, the electromagnetic clutch will close, and the heater will start to move.

When the heater reaches the 0 o'clock b and touches the first travel switch, the infrared light tube goes out, the heater stops working, and stops moving.

During the walking process of the heater, in case of special circumstances, you can press both "heating start/stop buttons" with both hands at the same time to turn off the infrared light tube, stop the heater from working, and stop walking.

When the heater stops working and stops walking, you can manually drag the heater back to its initial b.

This machine is equipped with two aluminum profiles above the heater, which can be used to install customized special fixtures or the universal fixtures that come with this machine.
